Where we deliver
We currently deliver physical books only to addresses in the 27 Member States of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Checkout rejects addresses outside these countries.
Shipping charge
Standard shipping costs €4.95 per order and is shown separately before payment. We do not currently offer free shipping or expedited shipping.
Dispatch and delivery
We normally dispatch an order within 1–3 business days after payment. Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay.
Unless a different delivery time is expressly agreed, goods are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if an address needs correction; a change cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Prices and VAT
Product prices are shown in euros and are the final amounts payable for the books. Under the company’s current Article 94 ZDDV-1 status, VAT is not charged at checkout. The checkout shows the product total, the separate shipping charge, and the total payable before payment.
Loss or damage
For consumer purchases, risk passes when you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive the goods. If books are missing, incorrect, or damaged, contact info@stdominicpress.com with the order reference and, where useful, photographs. Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods are unaffected.
