About Us

St. Dominic Press is a Catholic publishing house based in Ptuj, Slovenia.

We create illustrated books to help parents and children read and reflect on Sacred Scripture together. We want to make room for shared reading, questions, and conversation about faith in family life.

Our first project, The Sacred Story, brings the story of salvation to families through illustrated books rooted in Catholic teaching. The collection begins with Adam & Eve and follows Scripture from Creation to the life of the Church.

Our name honours St. Dominic and his devotion to truth. That inspiration shapes our aim: to share Scripture through clear storytelling and reverent illustration, rooted in Catholic teaching.

Rooted in tradition. Made for today’s families.
